Kanye West Debuts New Haircut—and You've Gotta Take A Closer Loo

So the rapper turned to his longtime barber Ibn Jasper for a close fade with six arrow-esque symbols. Jasper posted a close-up of his work on Instagram with the caption: "New KW x Ibn Jasper Vibez." As you can see, the shapes point towards Kayne's face causing some to suggest the new look is similar to famed anime character Aang from kim kardashian and kris humphries Avatar: The Last Airbender. But the departure of TV series and big-budgeted films has been accelerated in the past decade as states around the country have poured millions into their entertainment industry incentive programs. The emergence of production centers like New Orleans, Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina has boon a boon for local actors in these cities. At the same time, the Los Angeles acting community, particularly background resource performers, has faced additional challenges finding work. That could soon change. California lawmakers on Friday passed Assembly bill 1839, which increases the budget for the California Film and Television Tax Credit Program from $100 million kim kardashian music video annually to $330 million. Concert Review: Outside Lands 2014 - Aug 8 -

were a delight as they turned the polo field into an '80s dance web link party. I was disappointed to leave, but wanted to catch others. They were a highlight of the day. Warpaint's atmospheric sounds were welcoming but they seem better suited for a darkened room than a warm, sunny afternoon. Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers folk more.. rock was much better served by the late afternoon. Chromeo followed Holy Ghost! and kept the dance party moving and grooving by adding some funk to the proceedings. <br>Source:
